Description
Alley is regraveled every year but the underlying issues in the alley causing persistent development of massive ruts and potholes in the same places is never addressed so they come right back. Last year, old gravel was scraped from entire alley and new gravel laid, but behind 1712 no gravel was put down on that section - this resulted in massive potholes forming which never previously occurred. Please don't just lay more gravel without correcting larger issues causing the problem.
