Almost killed by a car doing 65mph while in the crosswalk with lights on. At this point how many people need to die due to negligence city of Richmond?

    A speed table is planned for W 34th St between Forest Hill Ave and Beattie St after the Fire Department concurrence via the FY24 speed management program. (Paving schedules may change and the Department cannot be any more specific at this time due to utility work and emergencies.)
