Description

Lady Nawlins restaurant, on the southeast corner of Main & Stafford streets, has gone out of business but has left a mess behind. There is a private dumpster that apparently restaurant was using but has just been sitting there in the middle of the sidewalk for months now. Business it belongs to should take it away. Also litter is particularly bad in this area and should be cleaned up.
