Description

People are constantly speeding while turning on/off Forest Hill Ave. especially while going down the hill making it unsafe for walking the neighborhood or for kids at play. Please consider a speed bump to encourage slower driving and making this family friendly neighborhood safer.

    Speed samples are planned on Stratford Rd to determine if speed tables are justified.

    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed for a 48-hour period was 29 mph. This sample is in compliance with the posted 25 mph speed. Speed tables are not currently planned.
