Description

The big elm tree at the address, on the curb, has numerous dead branches high up. One fell during a recent storm and narrowly missed a parked car. It is constantly shedding dead limbs and branches. It was pruned last year and removed some of the dead stuff but this year they are back. with a vengeance. There is no 'line of sight issue' but I had to check something as this app would not allow me to go on without checking something.
