Description

South Bound traffic light allows only 2 cars through safely before changes to yellow and immediate red. Currently it takes 3 long lights for 6 cars to pass through going south, unless cars take a chance and run the red light. North Bound light allows 10 cars through before becoming red. NEED HELP!!!!!
