Description
We were thrilled to see the great number of new trees planted around Swansboro Elementary school on East 32nd Street and Blake Street a few months ago. The planters dutifully put gator bags on each and every tree, but they have NEVER been filled with water. Many trees are too far away from houses to be filled by neighbors, but even those directly in front of house, the resident was never asked to fill them. As we get into hot weather, these trees need water or the bags removed.
