Description
Cars frequently hit high speeds by the time they reach this intersection. 20th has high walking traffic with a number of youth and adults with disabilities, as well as achool bus stops. A small circle could slow but not impede traffic, and also address the large number of vehicles that fail to stop on R street. Tonight three youth on bikes were nearly hit by a car, so this is important.
