Description
Driving down 2nd street at 5:30 AM. Had to drive by a trash truck. They have a very bright light pointing toward the back of the truck that shines directly in the eyes of the driver of a vehicle going by in the adjacent lane. So bright I could not see anything, especially a worker if he was beside the truck. Point light down from above would make it much safer for the trash collector
