Description
Entrance to Alley way- from McDonough St is overgrown. The new growth coming on trees and plants and overgrown brush, the alley way is getting smaller and smaller. This is truly due to the owners of the land not clearing what is their responsibility in the alley maintenance of the homeowner's responsibility. The corner lot is vacant- so I'm not sure who owns the land. but Dirt, shrubs, trees are making the alley very tight. Address would be like 401 W 27th St, RVA 23225. Fine them!
