Description

Birch tree has dead 12" diameter trunk over cars on the street, City marked tree for removal months ago then removed the removal note. Tree is dropping sticks and branches onto cars and is likely to fall. Tree had 3 large trunks and one fell, now another over street is dead and one over home is dying. Needs to be removed or City will need to repair vehicles!
