Description

PDR-Citizen states that the tree trunk is dead at 3314 W. Franklin Street, the tree is called a Riverbirch tree is dead with small areas of sizeable limbs that are dead also. Also, the citizen state that are safety issues and needs immediate attention. A major section of the truck is dead, Also they're are sizeable limbs that are dead on the oak tree s west side of 3312 W. Franklin St. near Riverbirch tree. Highly pedestrian and walking area and cars, babies and children/bicylist.
