o DPW must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. This is a federal publication that applies to all streets open to pubic travel. o An Engineering study revealed that the warrants in the MUTCD for an all-way stop were not met for this intersection. -DPW field visited and speed limit signs were exist and in good condition.
