Description

Request for cleanup at fire hydrant on alley between 3200 block of North Avenue and Garland Avenue on Gladstone. I’m submitting through this request because the alternatives link option was not provided in making this request. Whoever placed the rock around the fire hydrant on our sidewalk filled it with way too much rock for this project, and there was no cleanup. What a poor, unacceptable completion of a project. This type of thing would not happen in another area of town.
