Description
I submitted a previous request for an alley repair (DPW000134803). The alley parallel to Richmond Henrico Turnpike is ok, the alley parallel to Hazelhurst and Milton is not. The issue is between Hazelhurst Ave and Milton St. Overgrown, fallen branches, poison ivy, rocks, wood, bricks, etc. Neither the houses on Milton nor Hazelhurst can access the alleyway due to the bricks, wood, and amount of vegetation blockading the entire alley. This is a hazard and is absolutely blocking access.
