Description
The pedestrian crossing sign on the NW corner of E Leigh and N 25th is frozen with the pedestrian figure and a countdown stuck at 10 seconds, regardless of whether or not the corresponding traffic light is red or green. It just always shows "🚶10". Obviously, this is a safety hazard.
