Description
If you stand directly in-front of the lot and then look to the right where all the trees are. That piece of land is owned by the city right next to 2001 Monteiro and looks like someone has been dumping stuff there on government property and it has been leaching over to my property. We plan on building a single family home there so we wanted to see if there is anything that we can do about this.
