Drivers are using Ripley to avoid light at Patterson and Three Chopt. Drivers speed through here daily and there are multiple young children in the area.

    * The Department follows Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) guidelines for the installation of any physical traffic calming measures on City streets. * Per speed count study: 85th percentile speed: 27mph * The speed samples show compliance with the posted 25 mph speed. Therefore, we are not planning any physical traffic calming measures at this time. * Field reviewed and speed limit exist.
