Description
The citizen states that there is a refrigerator and sofa that are on the sidewalk as well as a piece of cabinetry. The cabinet has a sharp edge sticking out from it. Several residents have walked by and hit their head on the sharp piece that extends out over the sidewalk about 8 inches. There are non perishable items kept there for citizens to retrieve. Not advocating removal persay. But this sharp edge makes it dangerous when walking.
