The Department follows Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) guidelines for the installation of any physical traffic calming measures on City streets. Harvie St between Floyd Ave and Grove Ave (stop to stop) measures approximately 370 feet. We are not planning to install any physical traffic calming measures for this short segment at this time.
