Description
In 2001 five "No Parking 11pm to 4am" signs were installed on Alden Aaroe Lane. There is a City Park at the Grace Street Overlook and issues with loud cars, people, music late at night. We, the neighbors and businesses adjacent to this location, are requesting the signs be changed to "No Parking 9pm to 5am" to provide RPD with additional reason to have these vehicles move when parked at night. Ideally, there should be "No Parking" at the Grace Street Overlook at the end of that section.
