Description
Ms. Babs' Nursery School is a business located at 2319 Grove Avenue. As such, they should be using a private company to handle their garbage needs. Instead, they use residential cans picked up by the City. This should not be happening because (a) as stated before, they're a business and (b) the cans they use are not adequate to hold all the dirty diapers and all the other flotsam and jetsam that accumulates with the care of 21st century children. Please enforce your own regulations. Thanks.
