Description

Citizen needs stump to be removed asap in order to get the alley repaired. Alley have been dug out and work has been started but the tree stump and the roots are prohibiting the alley from being repaired. Previous service request DPW000110475. Garbage trucks/vehicles can not enter the driveway due to alley.
