Description

Drivers avoid the traffic signal at Monument and Malvern, speeding down our street especially during rush hour. A little extra traffic on our street wouldn't be an issue, but the same desire to beat the light causes these folks to floor it for the length of our block before turning immediately. A large pot hole used to discourage folks from using our block. The city repaired the pothole and now there's nothing stopping these folks from plowing down this street.
