Description

Caller had placed a SR for concern of overgrowth that is blocking the view of oncoming traffic when turning right on Westower that was closed advising violation not observed DPW000117203. Caller states this area is a safety concern because there's a row of bushes that is obscuring the line of traffic. This needs to be investigated again.
