Description
Cars constantly speed up and down this stretch of S St. Residents' vehicles are parked on both sides and the road approaches a blind curve towards Oakwood. Cars are constantly honking their horns as there is not room for two cars to pass through at a time and at the speed some people travel, I have seen multiple accidents. Multiple children and pets who also live in this block or nearby.
