Description
It appears there might be an open ticket from January to repair the pedestrian crossing signal lights that allow pedestrians to travel across dock Street to get to the Canal walk. Without this signal, pedestrians must walk several blocks to 17th street to use that lighted crosswalk, or else cross this dangerous street at their own risk. This makes getting onto the Canal Walk a dangerous game of chance.
