- Staff · March 31, 2023DPU personnel L. Lockett this assessed location and it was found that no DPU assets are causes the drainage issue at this location. The location seem to be DPW Roadway, Urban Forestry and Street Cleaning issue. There is decent amount of sediment and leaves been hinder by the curb and gutter that is been separated by a tree that is growing and pushing the curb and gutter to separated from the joint of the curb and also gutter is elevate by a quarter of an inch which hold water. Mr. Thompson is concern for his mother safety as she is in her senior years it a trip hazard at the location and is concern about the stagnant water which could be a breeding ground for mosquitos.
