Description
Several cans from Republic Services have been abandoned in our alley, and have filled with trash. The trash collection will not empty them, and when I talked to Republic Services they said they have no clients in the area, no service to the area, and will not be able to remove them. Further they told me they have no idea how they could have even gotten here, but they have been a nuisance and hazard in our neighborhood for quite a long time. I was told only the City could remove them.
