Description
This apartment building only has one trash can and 1 recycle can and there's garbage all the time on the ground. I have seen rats and today 2 vultures tearing up garbage bags. Management of the condo. Should be responsible for providing enough trash and recycle cans for their residence. I have also seen recycle crew drive right by it because it is on the ground. I have personally picked up trash there are many many times
