Description
For the left turning movement from Stony Point Pkwy Southbound to Chippenham Pkwy Southbound, consider changing signal to flashing yellow arrow. It is currently turn on green arrow only. The other direction has left turn yield on green. This movement gets backed up during rush hour with little traffic from the opposite direction. Speeds are low and sight distance is good.
