Description
The crosswalk at 25th & Dock is largely ignored by cars - every time I cross, I have to wait for a minimum of 10 cars on both sides of the road before either someone stops or the traffic lulls, even if I’m already in the middle of the road. I think this crosswalk would benefit from the flashing lights/high visibility crosswalk technology.
