Description
Caller is concerned of trash and debris that looks like it has washed up from somewhere...there's an open lot area and there's a bunch of water bottles. The lot is COR street. It's at the 3400 block of Chalfont near the tower. It's like there's a drain in the middle of the field like a reservoir.
