Description
This road needs some type of speed control like speed bumps. People are going way too fast and far over the speed limit on this road. I've watched cars almost hit people that are in the crosswalk at this crossing and the one at 17th street because they refuse to stop for pedestrians in the crosswalks. The people that were rightfully able to walk and almost across have to dart back to the other side of the road to avoid getting hit by cars that would not stop because they were going too fast.
