Description

Cars are traveling too fast for residential neighborhood making it unsafe for pedestrians and cyclists. No sidewalks making it particularly dangerous. Would like to see a speed hump installed on Blandy Ave.

    A key consideration in speed management on city streets is the street function, the tangent section and length between stop signs and existing traffic calming devices before considering further studies. Blandy Ave is a short curvy residential street that stops at Jahnke Rd and Wainwright Dr. 25mph signs are posted in each travel direction. Speed tables are not currently planned.
