Description
The intersection of richmond henrico turnpike and brookland park is extremely dangerous. There needs to be some way to slow traffic on this stretch of brookland park. A four way stop sign intersection would drastically improve safety in this area. The posted speed limit is 25 mph but people regularly exceed speeds of 50 mph. I live a few houses down from this intersection and I am scared to cross the street because people have no regard for pedestrians in this area.

All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. All-way stops are not planned since Brookland Park Blvd and Richmond Henrico Turnpike does not meet the MUTCD traffic volume requirements.
