Description
Some of the tree looks dead, but there's also new leaves forming. Limbs have fallen on parked cars and on the sidewalk in the past few weeks, and while my 9yo son loves to play with the massive sticks, I'm worried about pedestrian safety and property damage in the future if the tree really is dying. A while back I also noticed woodpeckers having a go at the trunk, which I think might be another sign that the tree is sick or dying.
