Description
There are several elm trees along 19th Street (and in the neighborhood generally) that are dying from Dutch Elm disease. Large branches are falling more & more frequently, especially during bursts of wind. This is a major hazard for the many pedestrians who use this street to access the nearby bus stop on Semmes Ave.
