Description
The turning lane on 8th street between Cary and Canal St has been blocked by the jersey wall surrounding the old Dominion Power building lot. This road needs both lanes to handle the volume of traffic. On 7th street between Cary and Canal St the jersey wall is making the right travel lane too narrow which causes the cars to viere into the center lane. Since all of the construction work has been finished for over a year I was hoping the jersey walls could be adjusted.
