Description
Yall used signs last week for no parking up and down both sides of the street of the 3200 W Cary Street block for Thursday night, then they were folded and left for a week. They are now blocking parking and sidewalk. One pile on left side of street and two piles across the street by Loose Screw Tattoo/7 Eleven
