Description
There are a number of potholes in front of the bus stop on North Avenue opposite the north Avenue library. It appears that the potholes were filled with asphalt, however, the asphalt did not adhere, and it is now all over the sidewalk, causing a slipping hazard for pedestrians, the potholes have re-opened and it will take some thing more solid than asphalt to repair them in an area with heavy bus use.
