    An inspector has visited this location; the owner's rep has been made aware that either the items must be removed from the public right-of-way or an appropriate permit obtained for a sidewalk cafe (SWC); if a SWC permit is pursued, the tables and chairs must be located such as not to impede travel along the sidewalk.
