Description

Caller states a tree was planted last late Spring 2022 and she was advised by Will Shoup that if the tree didn't survive it would be replace by the nursery, caller states the tree did not flourish and died. She indicated no one came by to water the bag; caller states she watered the bag and the bag was full of water and she also watered outside of the bag. Caller states she was advised by Richmond Tree Stuarts the water-bag failed
