Description

We need a speed bump or stop sign on Franklin street at libby hill park. People constantly use it to bypass Main Street and will travel 40-50mp+ down the 2800 block of Franklin.

    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed on Franklin St between 25th St and 29th St averaged 27mph. This sample complies with the posted 25 mph speed. Speed tables are not planned.
