Description
I have requested before, but the west part of this alley is almost undrivable behind 3910-3912. The neighbor behind 3905 Elwood tried to repair alley behind 3902 Cary Street Road himself. Potholes randomly filled that were done so poorly not sealing the holes so water gets in and pothole grows. Again, 3900 block of Cary Street road's only was to get to our parking! Trash pickup and large trucks have crumbled edges. It doesn't need a bandaid, it needs to be repaved! It's been 3mth since assigned
