Description

Vehicles continually park at/against/abutting the handicap pedestrian ramps, fire hydrant, and/or stop signs at N 23rd and E Leigh Streets. Please place proper “no parking” signs at intersection to designate parking restrictions. Recently there have been a few accidents with parked vehicles obscuring cross traffic
