Description

Caller states 4 years sidewalk uneven to tree roots; tree was removed and sidewalk never repair; entire sidewalk has uneven slabs, some up, some down, caller states family member uses a walker, legally blind and has tripped several times over the sidewalk; family has to lift walker up over the uneven slabs and put walker back down with a risk/fall. Requesting assistance as soon as possible.
