Description

The alley is blocked and ripped up by a private contractor with no notice to neighbors of the alley being blocked. Our garbage pickpup can not happen because the alley is blocked and the truck can not back into past the blockage. Garbage will be overflowing if the alley is not open for services to all residents of this alley. Please inform if this is a legal blockage of alley with no notice to residents of the 2200 block of Park and Monument Avenue.
