Description
Cars travel very quickly on Idlewood Ave as they turn off Belvidere St from the east and come off the toll road from the west. I would like to request an assessment for traffic calming. Over the last five years, there have been 19 accidents between Belvidere St and Cherry St along Idlewood (see attached from Virginia.gov). My request would be to install pedestrian bumpouts and raised crosswalks at the Cherry St, Laurel St, and Pine St intersections before there is a significant incident.
