    NVO (No Violation Observed) 3/16/23. Every trashcan on the entire block was out, literally (see attached photos). It is not feasible to cite entire street. Moreover, the street is plenty wide for 2-way traffic and the cans do not interfere. This is a cul-de-sac neighborhood and there is little traffic anyway.
